A little about me

Being brought up in the area Emily knows it well.  Emily is an ex pupil of Mahurangi College and after completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Auckland University and spending time in a marketing role she has returned home!

Emily brings her modern marketing, management and technological experience along with her youthful boundless energy. Emily strives to continue the dedication to service and professionalism that is expected at Harveys Real Estate. A proven multi tasker,  Emily will handle all aspects of this role, her main focus is that of communication.

As a member of the family she understands how important our property management clients are and that their satisfaction is paramount.

Emily holds her residential property management qualification and won the award of top Property Manager of the year for 2019. Emily also holds her licensed salespersons certificate, her branch managers certificate and more recently has achieved her licensed agents certificate.

To whom it may concern,


My property manager has been Emily Wynne. She is an amazing and great property manager she is great at her job. If I ever need anything done on my place I’m renting she will reply to me whether it’s late at night or even on the weekend, once I even got hold of her through Facebook as I locked my purse in the house while me and my kids were locked outside so I didn’t have my phone but lucky she didn’t need to come down as we got ourselves back inside but it was nighttime and she replied to me I thought that was awesome of her.


She also talks to you like you are a person not just a tenant but a friend so I think that is lovely.


Emily is awesome at her job and if you could mark Property Managers out of 10 I would give her a 10.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Emily Wynne for the excellent, personable service that she has given to my husband and I with our two rental properties. She is always pleasant and obliging to deal with and nothing is ever a problem. The calibre of tenants that she has sourced for us has been exceptional. if an issue arises which does from time to time she approaches it with professionalism and diplomacy and sees it through to a successful conclusion. We are extremely happy with the service that Emily provides and would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone else as their property manager.
